The 2 issues were :
1) the bathroom that even they has all the appearance of a western-strike bathroom still water POURS outside the tub and POOLS on the floor.
2) the elevators are super slow. Like more than 5min even that they have 4 elevators”

It was my first time using a virtual front desk, no problem at all with using the system. Door lock key code great for multiple people staying in a room. ”

“Hotel scenografico, camera ampia e ben curata, vista impagabile dall’ampia vetrata, solo quella vale il prezzo. Zona comoda se ti sposti con uber, ma se ti piace camminare non hai problemi a raggiungere il centro superando il ponte, viceversa potrebbe essere un po’ scomoda. Ma per struttura e camera ne vale comunque la pena. Colazione nulla di che per quanto riguarda la parte dolce.”

"Extremely rude staff, we booked on hotels.com and the pool and sauna were included, then they said they were not. Also, at the pool there was a sign saying children below 36 months could swim, my son was allowed at first, then they changed their mind asking us to leave the pool. The staff was very rude and confusing, would not explain the issue while demanding all the info on our booking from us.
The room was ok but it's unacceptable not to have it cleaned for a six days stay. Not even the garbage!!! We had to live in the garbage for six days. They only communicate via email and their replies are pretty useless."
"A perfect stay!! This hotel is the top. Large bedroom, comfy bed, a fantastic massage armchair, all modern and well organized, free minibar with water and drinks. Breakfast (buffet) was so delicious with so many choices. A beautiful pool on the roof. Kind staff. "
